What methods of payment do you accept?

Do you charge sales tax?

What shipping methods do you use?
For USA shipments, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS), and UPS (United Parcel Service). All other countries use USPS.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes - for orders shipped to the Lower 48 States of the USA. All other shipping destinations pay actual shipping charges.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
To have orders shipped to PO Boxes, the order must qualify for shipment via USPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All other orders must be delivered to a physical address.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Add items to your cart, then click 'Estimate Shipping' to see the shipping costs to your country or region. Delivery times vary with exact destination. International customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with shipping and duty charges.

Yes. Add items to your cart, then click 'Estimate Shipping' to see the shipping costs. Delivery times vary with exact destination. APO/FPO customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with shipping charges.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Shipping time will vary, depending on your location and shipping method. As an example - if you use Ground services, you can expect your item to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Other services, such as Priority Mail, typically take 2-3 business days. These times are an estimate - variables of weekend dates, holidays, and weather can change delivery schedules.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Within 30 days of shipment, returns will be accepted when specific criteria is met. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning items.
What does 'Refurbished' mean?
Refurbished (also known as 'Reconditioned') items have been restored to meet manufacturer quality standards, are fully functional, but may show limited signs of use. These products include accessories and a 90–day Manufacturer Warranty, unless specifically noted otherwise.
